How does one grow old gracefully? With Zumba, of course. The dance-fitness craze is among the many activities at the Vermont 50-Plus & Baby Boomers Expo. Now in its 18th year, this event celebrates the golden years — and those leading up to them — with style. More than 80 interactive exhibits, seminars and workshops cover relevant topics such as money management, technology, health and nutrition. Area professionals, including former Vermont governor Madeleine Kunin, share their knowledge in a supportive environment that also features a fashion show, a dance party and live music from Lyric Theatre Company and other local musicians.
