Earlier this year, Portland, OR songwriter Nick Jaina thrilled a near-capacity crowd at The Monkey House in Winooski. His roguish brand of orchestral pop-rock left the town abuzz for weeks. This Friday, the jaded tunesmith returns to the scene of the crime, touring in support of his forthcoming album A Narrow Way — his second release of 2008. This time around, he’ll be joined by Washington DC’s avant-garde garage-folk outfit These United States.
