When the band members have names like Oisín, Damien and Tristan, you know you’re dealing with the real thing. And acoustic Irish quintet Téada are about to get even more authentic with the addition of Séamus Begley, an acclaimed West Kerry singer and accordionist. Noted for their “trademark combination of youthful energy and old-school respect” by the Irish Times, the band takes on traditional Emerald Isle slides, polkas and hornpipes with something of a punkish twist.
