Peeling paint, broken glass and boarded-up windows make Fort Ethan Allen’s abandoned chapel, and the similarly dilapidated Herrouet Theater next door, the perfect setting for either an artsy photo shoot or a ghost hunt. This time of year, Burlington’s Church Street Marketplace is swarming with people walking, talking, shopping, eating and generally getting in the way.
