VT Photographer Aims to Help Restore the State's Covered Bridges

Ray Arsenault “hearts” covered bridges. “There’s something so very stoic about them,” the Stamford-based photographer says. “Their history, workmanship and way of bringing people together.” Like many other Vermonters, Arsenault was heartbroken when many historic bridges were damaged or destroyed by Tropical Storm Irene in August.
