All of which serves to make fashion plates such as glammy electro-pop curiosity Rue Mevlana stand out that much more. Celebrating the release of their sophomore effort Batz & Beez, the sinfully sensuous collective brings its Bowie-by-way-of-Warhol stage show to the Monkey House in Winooski this Saturday, August 22. Local new-folk songwriter Antara opens the show.
