Is Vermont, and specifically Burlington, a hot destination for LGBT travelers? The makers of the Logo network show “Bump!” [1] thought so. Last summer they came to the Green Mountains to film an episode that features such local personalities as cartoonist/author Alison Bechdel [2], singer-songwriter Gregory Douglass [3], former Vermont Freedom to Marry [4] director Robyn MaGuire and, of course, the lovely ladies of the House of LeMay [5].
The episode premieres on TV this Friday, March 12, at 8 p.m. But locals can see it a day early on the big screen of Merrill’s Roxy Cinemas [6] in Burlington at an event hosted by the LeMays. Proceeds from both shows benefit Pride Vermont [7].
