Chef Mark Timms invited Bite Club [1] members to Vermont National Country Club [2] for a seated, 7-course tasting preview of his new dinner menu that will be available to the general public for the first time on Valentine's Day. Members were treated to whimsical, innovative cuisine such as foie gras lollipops, sea bass with hominy and parsnip mousse cakes.
