The Lost Boys

In J.M. Barrie’s Peter Pan, the youthful protagonist teaches Wendy that anybody can visit Neverland with fairy dust and some happy thoughts. The same lesson applies in Absinthe Films’ newest snowboarding release, aptly titled Neverland — just make sure to replace “fairy dust” with “snow.” The film, which features professional boarders Travis Rice, Dan Brisse, Bode Merrill and many more, explores some of the less-traveled mountains and runs in a visually rich tribute to winter. Its Sphere of Influence tour across the U.S., Canada and Europe spreads awareness of environmental issues and sustainability by benefiting local organizations; in Vermont, proceeds help support the Youth Conservation Corps and the Protect Our Winters foundation. Catch skilled shredders Romain de Marchi and JP Solberg live at the Roxy premiere.
