The former Soul Coughing front man’s latest album, Golden Delicious, explores a refreshing theoretical construct he’s dubbed “Dude Theory.” Rather than become bogged down with the “right” way to make music, his hypothesis proposes that music sounds best when it reflects a bunch of dudes making noise for no other reason than that it’s fun.
