OKay, a little background:
I have been homebrewing for over 10 years. I've worked in 2 different brew pubs. I LOVE me some quality beer. I support and am totally proud of Vermont's microbrews. But,
after I get home from the farmers' market and clean out the van and wash all of our equipment, and put away all of the inventory and sit down for the first time, do you know what is truly the beer that I want to drink?
A tall boy of PBR, yes, you read it correctly, a 22 oz. can of Pabst Blue Ribbon.
I don't know why, at that time, the way I am feeling, I just love it.
There, I've confessed. I feel better.
I also think that everyone has some sort of beer/wine/drink/food confession.
(if yours is a beer confession, leave it here, if it is something else, i dare you to start a similar thread/topic in the proper section...)
