Developing more productive urban land use strategies is probably one of the single most important steps folks can take as individuals towards creating a community that better provides for its own needs. I personally and wholeheartedly challenge our current 'lawn culture' and actively ask 'Why not do something useful, beautiful and enriching with your yard?'
