This week, you can read about my experience in the kitchen with Team Vermont at the James Beard House in New York City.
The chefs currently on Team Vermont include:
Mark Timms, Norma's at Topnotch
Sean Buchanan, Solstice, Stowe Mountain Lodge
Eric Warnstedt, Hen of the Wood
Steve and Lara Atkins, Kitchen Table Bistro
Aaron Josinsky, Bluebird Tavern
Rogan Lechthaler, Verdé
and recent addition, Lee Duberman, Ariel's

The group is going to keep doing events throughout the state and elsewhere. My question: Who would you pick to add to Team Vermont?
