Here are the places I know of that serve bubble tea in Vermont.

Café Window in Colchester

M-Saigon Vietnamese Noodle House in South Burlington

Sapa's Coffee and Tea in Burlington

Joyce's Noodle House

Does anyone know of any others in or outside the Chittenden County area?

What is Tuareg bubble tea? I'm talking the Asian smoothie-type things with tapioca balls in them. I would love to learn more about what you're suggesting, though.

Bubble tea is a tea beverage containing tapioca balls. It originated in Taiwan in the 1980s, spread to nearby East Asian countries, and migrated to Canada before spreading to Chinatown in New York City, then to various spots throughout the West Coast of the United States.

In Burlington you usually can find it in the cooler section of the Vietnamese market on North St. across from what was, and still might be, Serendipity.   Go on a Wednesday and you can also grab a bánh mì sandwich.
