click here. I haven't tried that exact recipe, but what I do is similar. I use a can of peeled tomatoes, butter, and a few cloves of garlic. If I have it, I like to add fresh basil and oregano, too. I did this just a few nights ago when I didn't get home from work until 8 and I wanted a quick and easy dinner. Just brown the garlic in the butter, add tomatoes, stew for half and hour et voila! To be honest, I did add some agave nectar, red wine and lemon juice, but if you're feeling lazy, it's probably almost as good without!
