We've all thought about it, some less seriously than others, but if you were to open a restaurant of your own, what would it be?
When I was in third grade, I wrote about wanting to open an upscale mulit-ethnic food court, where there's birthday cake for dessert.
The Bearded Frog beat me to that last part, but I stand by the rest.
I've also been obsessed my whole life with automats. I'm just old enough to have been to
Horn and Hardart a few times before it died.
Bamn! in New York has brought it back, but I'd like to see more of a movement.
