Any idea where I might go for dinner on Christmas Day (other than a hotel!)?  I'm assuming it would most likely be Asian, but would welcome any ideas or suggestions.

The restaurant inside The Best Western in Waterbury is going to be serving Vermont Smoke & Cure Ham dinner with Cabot Cheddar Mashed potatoes, and VT maple glazed carrots.  It's open from 5:30-9:30. Smiley
