Does anyone know where I can get a suitably earthy, nutty mole dish? I have heard good things about the duck mole at Frida's in Stowe, but haven't tried it yet.

I just picked up a menu at Miguel's on Main in Burlington, which opened soft last night. There is a pollo mole on it and I couldn't help but say a little prayer that it's good. I really miss the mole at La Carreta, where the chefs were actually from Oaxaca.

Alice,

FYI, the Miguel's on Main link defaults to Frida's website.....
