Last week, I did a story on Curtis' BBQ in Putney. Those were the best ribs I've had in Vermont, but obviously, do not plan on traveling 2.5 hours every time I need me some tender wands of pig flesh. Right now, I have to admit that my more accessible favorites are Wings Over and Texas Roadhouse (sorry, localvores). What are others folks' meaty favorites?

The ribs at Ed's Barrrbq are really good, though I prefer their pulled pork and brisket.  I like their sauces, too.  I've never been to Curtis's so Ed's is the best I've had in Vermont so far. Smiley  Big Fatty's is decent, too.

With the BBQ Bite Club about to happen at the Belted Cow, I thought it was about time to revive this topic. No major revelations from me. I am planning on trying the Back Behind in Killington this weekend. Their smoker is painted to look like a pig.

But what ribs – or any 'Q for that matter – is your favorite?
