Autumn is my favorite season for many reasons, but one of them is BAKING! I bake year-round but it just feels so much cozier and yummier when the weather gets cool and blustery. Apple pies, dense pumpernickels, spice cakes, pumpkin bead, and fun Halloween goodies! I made a blog post today of some of the cutest Halloween cupcakes I could find and thought you guys might enjoy seeing them.

Great treats!  I wish I could bring some to the fabulous annual Halloween Party I usually go to but I will be away this year!

Sometimes I day dream about being a stay at home wife, and being able to devote the time I'd love to devote to various forms of cooking and preservation efforts, including baking. Smiley  I love the smell of baking in the house. Smiley
