Since I first posted this topic, another Vietnamese spot has opened,
Saigon Bistro on College Street in Burlington. And guess what? It's awesome! Chef Snow's pork may look like cha siu, but with none of the sweetness. Get it over vermicelli with ultra-fresh mint and cucumbers. I also adored the duck soup I tried last week. Fried garlic dominates the flavor along with tender chunks of duck which stay crisp until submerged. This place has become my constant craving.
