Kong Chow has easily the best traditional cookie-cutter chinese around. Cheap as hell, lychee martinis, awesome service. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Where is it?

Shelburne Rd., next to Pauline's, where Amigo's/Lemon Grass/Bangkok Bistro used to be.

FYI, siliconghost works at Kong Chow. That's great because he or she is particularly familiar with the food and the lychee drinks, but I think it's important for that fact to be out in the open.

Yes, I do. Bartender/Waiter/Bar Manager. And the lychee drinks are my favorite thing to make. So please, come on in, and we'll take care of you. Smiley
