Okay, I know it's not local, but I'm sure other foodies are watching and I want to know: Who are you pulling for?
For me, it's between Anita Lo and Hubert Keller. Lo's Rickshaw Dumpling Bar has bulgogi buns, Peking Duck dumplings and chocolate soup dumplings on the menu. How could you not love her?
Keller kicked ass in the college challenge when he rinsed his pasta in a cold dorm shower. Genius! He makes classic French fare exciting
and
Fleur de Lys has a dessert called the FleurBurger, which features spiced ganache on a brioche with a cherry milkshake and fennel ice cream "frites" on the side. And the dude DJs in his spare time.
On the other hand, just
looking
at Art Smith kills my appetite.
