Yes, it's true. Someone has figured out how to make flour out of leftover grape skins. Apparently, the flour is great in pasta, makes a swell roux and results in ultra-rich brownies. I wanna get me some! Here's the link to California-based company's website: http://www.marchenoirfoods.com/

Now I really want to try one of those Cabernet brownies. I am so curious as to what it tastes like. I'm looking at the checkout page, weighing my options as I type. The beauty of an apple computer.

Maybe I was just an incompetent PC user, but I find on my Mac that I can look at more things on my screen at once. The windows move off to the side easier, etc.
