I've been really into watching people cook on youtube. Although I think sometimes people get caught up in what they're doing and move too quickly (the camera's jump shots and cross cutting don't really help)--I find the videos interesting and quirky. For example "Great Depression Cooking" with host Clara, who is 91--is so fun to watch. Most of the meals I wouldn't make myself (or maybe I'd just substitute some of the ingredients) I think the little videos are indicative of a time that I'm not familiar with. Clara uses history and her own past to create recipes that appeal to her and I'm sure other generations as well. She's just so cute!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ScdUht-pM6s . Although sans cowbell, this little video has heart. Everything stands up and cats lick the final products, making me want to try this recipe. What do you think?
Are there any other youtube instructionals that people find useful?
