That’s not a bad thing; with his harmony-heavy hits catchy enough for all ages, the Grammy-winning entertainer swoops in to “the rescue of beleaguered parents everywhere,” writes the Washington Post. From playful Spanish merengues on ¡Nueva York! to revamped Broadway show tunes on 76 Trombones, Zanes and his band hold four daytime, family-friendly shows in a two-day span this week.
