Seven Days is an indie media company based in Burlington, Vermont, best known for an award-winning weekly newspaper and website, and for 7 Nights, our guide to Vermont restaurants and nightlife.

We're calling our group blog "Blurt" because that's a fun word to say. And because we can use it as a noun or a verb. And because blogging is essentially the same thing as blurting.
